How to Measure
Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or thin underwear, and don't pull it tight.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips — around the fullest part, feet together.
- Height — barefoot, against a wall.

Tights vs. Underwear
For tights and stockings, height and weight matter most — they determine whether the leg panel stretches too thin and goes shiny. If you're tall, choose the larger of your two sizes.
For underwear, hip measurement is king. Between sizes? Go down for a snug fit, up if you prefer no pressure marks.
