If it doesn't fit or isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. No argument, no guilt-tripping.
Size Exchange (Recommended)
Hosiery and underwear sizing genuinely varies by brand and body. Rather than a straight refund, most customers find it faster to exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and the size you need.
- We reserve your replacement immediately so it doesn't sell out.
- Ship the original back within 14 days; once scanned in transit we release your new size.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Hygiene Policy
For the safety of everyone, opened or worn intimate items cannot be restocked, so we ask that underwear is returned unworn with the hygiene liner intact. Tights may be tried over your own hosiery. Faulty or incorrect items are exempt from this restriction — send them back and we'll cover everything.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty?
That's on us. Email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including return postage.
