We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres in Asia and the United States. Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

Estimates begin from dispatch, not from order placement. Customs clearance in your country is outside our control and can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel scans into the network. You can also see every shipment from My Account → Orders. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in USD and exclude import duties. Most parcels to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia clear duty-free under de-minimis thresholds, but any charges assessed by your local customs authority are the customer's responsibility.

Always. Plain outer mailer, no product names, no brand logo, and the sender simply reads SW Logistics.
